• We all have an inner beat. Think of the rhythms of the heart — pulse, the breath, our blinking eyes. Some simply learn how to become attuned while expressing it outward into the world, creating different melodies.

• No matter how deep the hole you’re in, if they’re not throwing dirt on you yet then keep on keeping on.

• To know how much something truly means to you, consider what you’re willing to give up in order to reach it.

• Sometimes it’s wise to let the liar think that you believe their lie. Because it gives you an advantage by allowing you to make your next move in peace — without awkward confrontations. Thereby by playing a fool you fool the fool who’s trying to fool you.

• I’ve reached that stage in my life when I don’t have time for stupidities, unless they are my own. I do tolerate others’, but I choose not to have to deal with them on daily basis, which still remains a tad bit of a struggle.

• May you always value the simple little things in Life. For they make a significant difference and hence are the most essential.

• When we begin looking at angry people as children who cannot control their tempter, it becomes almost impossible to get back at them. Because this very awareness of their anger shields us from being dragged into their storm. Essentially, most are angry at themselves. Their fight is not really with others, but it’s within them. That’s all. If we are not able to respond with love, then assuming the observer position offers quite the amusing spectacles.

• My biological clock may be ticking, but I can’t seem to hear it properly due to the singing cuckoo.

• For anyone inherently interested in psychology, philosophy, neuropsychopharmacology, mysticism — topics like consciousness, altered states, dreams, drugs, sexuality remain essential material, through which one is more sensibly acquainted with the inner reaches of the mind as well as with the Human Condition in its entirety.

• When we are in-tune with our inner being and our intents match in accordance to the universe, we come to experience a mysterious kind of life force. A vital psycho-energetic fundamental substance, which constantly propels us forwards, and with such passion, too. It empowers us to impose our will and imprint our intent on the universe. This vibrational energy not only permeates us, but it also spreads throughout the entirety of existence — that which seems to be outside of us.
  
  
  Such sobering realisation creeps up on you once you’ve been touched by the ‘otherness’. You instantly know that it’s not about YOU. But rather, it’s about the ‘U’ in the ‘US’. Truly, no man is an island. This liberating moment leaves us with a transcendental sensation of belonging to the whole; of ‘mattering’ and of being able to co-create compassionate change in the world.
  
  
  Allow this Prima Materia to flow through you unobstructed and you start living a magical existence through which synchronicity reaches notorious heights and nothing is impossible.

• If you don’t take your primal beast out every once in a while it will end up eating you alive from within.

• Being ‘real’ in life is not just a personal endeavour; but it also reflects on all our relationships.  

• “Sometimes you have to say ‘fu*k it all’” seems like a moronic thing to write. If an adult doesn’t have the guts to spell FUCK as it is, they’re probably not ready to announce such a boldish statement.  

• Once you set sail towards life’s unknown paths to follow your calling, you still have to reassure yourself every now and then so you don’t go bonkers. You can do so by simply looking at yourself in the mirror, smiling and saying: I’m doing the right thing; I’m following my heart’s passion; no one goes wrong by being true to themselves.

• If everyone who has a passion pursued it, the world would be transformed in no time.

• Nothing is more liberating and empowering than the moment we realise that we are capable of doing anything we want in life.

• You can be guided, inspired, and motivated towards finding your purpose and doing what you love in life. But it’s for you to find out because it’s you who loves. The door may be shown, but you must enter by yourself.

• “A nice guy” is such a banal and bland adjective to use when describing someone, because it implies that nothing else is interesting about them. 

• Being nothing and everything simultaneously is the greatest poetry there is.

• With interested eyes, anything and everything can be interesting.

• Those who know know they don’t know.

• When you’re in touch with your inner workings, you’ll realise that energy does not lie.

• We are all messengers; prophets are the ones who go public and talk about it.

• Legal and illegal does not necessarily mean good and bad or right and wrong. It simply means that some men in power got together and decided that certain things are right while others are wrong. Truth is, there are man-made laws and there are universal Spiritual laws. I see myself as a cosmic traveller who happens to be a citizen of the Earth for some decades; assisted by my own reason and morality, I have chosen to be guided by the Spiritual laws.

• If your dream is lost, dream another one.

• A writer is someone who is ready at any given moment to scribble down their wandering thoughts.

• The joy of sharing your joy with others tend to be more fulfilling than the one you get to enjoy by yourself.
  

• Once you come to terms with the fact that all words are made up, you’ll notice some remarkable patterns and peculiarities in language. For instance, Adam/Atom; Eve/Evolution. Another is Good/God; Evil/Devil. It makes one think about the true meaning of all these words we use everyday and wonder how close they are to ‘reality’ — whatever your reality is.

• The more you seek, the more you realise there is so much more to seek. 

• Everyone has a story if we are willing to listen. Never judge the book by its look.

• Be it through charm, humour, or naughtiness, if you can make their eyes twinkle when they smile, you hold the key to a special connection.
  

• The feeling of being loved, even by your own self, catalyses a certain joie de vivre. People then tend to become better versions of themselves. In return, it makes loving others a much more natural process. 
Truly, learning how to love oneself is the ultimate gift 
you can give yourself as well as others.

• When nothing is holy, nothing is blasphemous.

• I wonder when does it become acceptable for Americans to refer to other immigrants as ‘immigrants’; how long does it take them to forget that essentially they are all immigrants?

• Random acts of kindness are never wasted, and somehow they often come back to us.

• I like people who are capable of defending their thoughts. Those real ones who, when you get deeper in with them, can still keep up an engaging conversation. It doesn’t matter if you agree with some or all they say, but essentially it’s about your energies vibing together on the same wavelength.
  
  
  
• Simplicity is often deeper than complexity.

• Realise that no one is coming to save you. Once you save yourself, the universe will somehow conspire to help you out. But the work must be ignited from within. For we are our own victim as well as our own saviour; the rest are mere excuses.

• Whenever I’m back to babysitting my 85-year-old uncle — preparing breakfast and cooking dinner — I’m always reminded by this peculiar sense of satisfaction stemming from helping someone who can never repay you and without expecting anything in return.

• There are only two kinds of people in this world: Those who are always certain of everything and I’m not sure who the others are.

• Today is the last day of your life so far. You truly have no reason not to enjoy life to the fullest ― it has an expiration date. Live the now, NOW, because “later” may never come.

• Once we master our inner world, mastering the outer one comes naturally. For when we realise that we are one and the same and there is no separation, both worlds seem like they conspire to synchronise.

• I fancy chubby girls and women who wear bikinis. It shows they are confident, which is a major component of being sexy.

• One cannot buy or study experience; we must dive into it head first. A reason why experience remains the mother of all wisdom.

• Seduce my mind and I’m yours.

• We are not responsible for the conditioning we were exposed to during our childhood. But as adults, we are fully responsible for fixing it.

• Dreams are the Pearly Gates of the subconscious. Pay attention and follow them confidently to where they lead you. For they are also the language in which our souls communicate with the YOUniverse.

• Life often seems to give us what we need rather than what we want. 

• The more people are frustrated or lead uneventful lives, the more they tend to drive aggressively. Either to let go of the frustrations or to get a kick out of the action.

• You should never force someone to join your dream.

• The more we observe patterns, the more we connect the dots and make sense out of them, the more we learn. 

• Once you can balance your body you can balance your life.

• It is wise to note that whatever their beliefs or inclinations are, most people are doing what they can from their own level of consciousness — their own level of understanding. They are trying to figure how the world works and what their role in it might be, which are not the easiest things to figure out.
  
  It is equally wise to remember that not everyone thinks the way we think or knows the things we know. Different people may take different paths to reach their mountain top. Some seeking the ultimate Truth, or beauty, or happiness and fulfilment, or God. They differ only on the surface, but they are all seekers. This is how we are all essentially One.

• Knowing a foreign language or two is useful. But understanding body language can be even more beneficial. Simply because it’s universal and extends across different species.

• Beauty will always be there for those who seek it.

• We are as free as much as we believe to be.

• True Love is when the well-being of others becomes as valuable as our own.

• Teach your children that whenever a mosquito bites them or a fly lands on their food, they are only trying to feed and survive. This is the natural order of things in Life. There is nothing personal about it as there is no reason to freak out or to curse the insects.

• Those who don’t know how to make fun of themselves don’t know the joy they’re missing.

• The only way to deal with evil in this world is to accept it. That’s the only way to set ourselves free from the darkness. Because, darkness will never vanish; for that’s how the cosmos is balanced.

• A man who rules himself is a true Sultan.

• When you know enough psychology, it becomes incredibly hard to ever get upset from anyone. Because you understand their reasons for doing whatever they do. In case of conflict, it actually compels you to be the “bigger person”.

• The essence of life is that it reveals itself moment by moment. When you think about it, we are constantly changing. We cannot seem to grasp or sense the change as it happens, because we’re always in the midst of it. Only when time has passed do we take notice that it had already occurred. But from moment to moment, everything is metamorphosing. You and I, for one, have changed after reading and writing those lines.

• Having sex only to reach orgasm is like reading the menu and feeling full. 



• There is something captivating about women who tend to express themselves through grimaces — as in animated faces. It shows they are comfortable in their own skin and confident about who they are. A similar kind of natural allure can be found emanating from chubby women who wear bikinis. A reminder that knowing oneself and the acceptance it catalyses are major components of being sexy.

• All the hardship we experience in life makes us stronger. It’s actually a healthy human experience. The pain and suffering add us with a new, and usually deeper, perspective on life and overall existence. However, when the lesson is learned, it’s time to move on. Much like overthinking the future, dwelling on the past ― or on a specific incident ― never helps. Letting go, on the other hand, does. 



• Taking life, or oneself, too seriously is missing the point(s).
