Morning sunshine on her skin
Warms her down deep within
Warms her down deep within
Feeling joyful with every sunset
Like an otter diving to the sound of a trumpet
Mother Nature is well alive
Breathing and buzzing ask the bee hive
Can you feel her in the eyes of your pet?
A shining soul is what you get
Maybe in the sweet giggle of a child?
O’ Life, you terribly magnificent ride
Perhaps hear her in the timeless waves?
Echoing through the endless caves
Dear Moon, shine high and bright
Fan my lunacy with every sight
Give us rain, thunder, and rainbow
Ease the pain and teach me to let go
Companion of the Djinn, Siren, Nymph, and Mermaid
Will you, beautiful, come to my aid?
Lost in a maze of my own doing
Biting faster than any possible chewing
Hallucinating mere illusions
Allusions driven by delusions
You see: Thinking Allowed Is Aloud
Solitude makes you wonder why mortals feel proud
Can you save me from myself
Or is it too much to ask?
Let the leprechaun be an elf
Mayhap that’s an easier task.
